Okay, but Flash is even quicker than Superman. So all he would need to do is get a little kryptonite and cut Superman's throat with it right? He could cut Cap's throat or the Hulk's throat, etc.

So Flash > unbeatable?
Well, since you asked... cutting the Hulk's throat shouldn't do as much as the Hulk sticking a gun in his mouth and pulling the trigger. Going by the movies (Avengers), he did that and just spit the bullet out. Hulk heals. I don't know if the Hulk has a damage threshold where he breaks down; if he does, he will lose. The Flash can simply literally whittle him down. But if he just keeps regenerating and getting angrier, there's no finishing shot the Flash has.
As long as the Flash has the endurance, he holds out. But sooner or later, he will tire out, and one landed blow finishes him off.

Vs Superman- he's faster in some versions, but not in all, and not necessarily by a lot. And Supes has flight, heat vision, FAR greater durability and the lack of concern with breathing to factor in. And don't forget the super-heightened senses, he can detect things around the globe if he wants to, so he can hear the Flash coming. So depending on how much difference in speed there is, Superman can likely tank out and eventually land a hit. Remember, "kryptonite" is necessary to keep him from being totally invincible at every level.

But also consider, regarding the Flash, you can't lose if you never get hit. As long as he faces someone he can damage, he will win.

I thought DC did something awhile back, with "evil" Superman (Superboy Prime). That dude kicked everyone's arse, but he couldn't handle the Flash, until he got tired and slowed down.

The Flash also gets his speed from the Speed Force. Abuse it and he risks getting absorbed into it. So it does put a restriction on him.

No. That's not how sound works. It's not faster than the speed of sound.

Superman should never be nearly as fast as Flash but I realize writers have sometimes made him so. They even had a race way back in the day. Flash with a shard of krytonite should be able to beat Supes unless Supes can manage to fly out of harms way. It'd be an interesting fight bc it might be hard for them to even hit each other. Superman will never wear down so I guess eventually he could win if he stays in the air and shoots lasers long enough.

Flash with a ginsu should be able to slice Hulk up. Would take a while but it should eventually work.

Flash is the most underrated character in terms of power. In the show, it's clear the writers hold him back when needed bc otherwise he'd easily annihilate everyone except other speedsters. Just think if Flash ever simply used a baseball bat. He could smash a hundred skulls in a second.
