Can someone give me some advice on how to get use to it? I have a bipap because I have obstructive and central nervous or whatever sleep apnea. I put it on nightly for about 1 week and every morning it would be on the floor. I just rip it off in the middle of the night in my sleep.

Odds are you're taking it off in your sleep because something isn't working correctly. What type of mask do you use? If you have one that doesn't cover your mouth you could be opening your mouth while sleeping causing the air to escape there and basically defeating the purpose of the CPAP. Do you wake up with dry mouth?

It could also have something to do with the mask itself... a comfort issue or leakage.

If you find the correct setup then I doubt you'll be as likely to rip it off while sleeping.
