I support you paying back your loans based on the terms THAT ARE ABOVE YOUR SIGNATURE just like everybody else.

All you promised to do is pay them back. Uncle Sam tells you how much he wants before you can do that.
You wouldn't be violating any of those terms by paying them back from your IRA, Bank account, savings account, retirement acct, etc. They don't care where the money comes from, but uncle Sam does.
