There's talk of Flynn breaking the Logan Act, but get this... no one has ever been prosecuted under the Logan Act.
It was Flynn's lie that got him canned. Which makes me wonder why Flynn felt the need to lie if his conversation truly was innocent.

And the President can overturn a Logan Act prosecution if there ever was one.

I've heard legal beagles say that it would probably not stand up to constitutional scrutiny, especially at the SCOTUS.
Although that's outside of my scope of knowledge and I'll leave that up to more qualified people than I.

It's not that unusual. Couples fight and divorce over white lies, people lose jobs over white lies, friendships get broken up over white lies.
