I would take it slow. Oftentimes people crash because they go from eating carbs all the time to eating no carbs ever and their body freaks out.
First, I would fix my breakfast. For me, that means not eating sugar of any sort, and putting fats into my body. Today I had 2 eggs, some pork sausage and half an avocado. That keeps me full and gives me good fats for the morning. Start with breakfast.
Then, find a green veggie you like. Eat it twice as often as you do now. Eat broccoli once a week as is? Eat it 2-3 times a week.
The hardest part to me is being so strict all the time limits social opportunities. I sacrifice dropping weight "fast" for living life and going a big slower. I have dropped 50 lbs over the past 7 years or so in waves, and am currently at the lowest weight since high school.

Thanks for all the references and tips from everyone.
Certainly, I'm very guilty of junk food, and basically eating the best-tasting/least healthy things on any menu.
After 24 hours of brief research (and this thread), my first goal is to drop the junk carbs, and processed foods.
Today I had 2 fried eggs for breakfast. Ate out for lunch... pan fried fish with salad and green beans. An afternoon snack of half a dozen raw oysters. Some brisket and pulled pork for dinner.
Goal 1 would've been accomplished except for those 2 beers with the oysters. Baby steps?
