We caught 36 keeper size fish Wednesday. Bluebird day. Wind was just right.
Fished creeks and some deeper about 8-12 feet.
We caught 8 today then the wind killed us so we left early. Had 2 about 41/2.
Fished south Wednesday and mid lake today.
If you find grass, you will find fish.
Water is lower than last year, by no means was I implying record lows. I fished that year and they built docks on dry land that we now fish at.
Spots we fished last year are now dry land. Grass we fished last year is now gone.
We cleaned some that had already spawned.

The story about the 35 pound/ 5 fish tourney winner was accurate as someone stated earlier. I heard it from someone there. Culled fish all day and ended up with 5 around 7 pounds each. Heard several 10 pound fish being caught south.

Caught 22 keepers Friday evening before the front came through flipping t-rigged plastics in bushes and grass on six mile.

Caught 8 all day today, had to scrap for them. Biggest was 3.5lb. Caught 6 on a Carolina rig. Mostly brush hogs

Lake is pretty damn low which means there's even more stumps, be careful out there fellas.

not sure if you're referring to results from this year but i know a guy who had a bigger 31 pd stringer a few years ago but definitely did it pulling monsters off beds(said they didn't catch the biggest one they had found either, would have culled a 3 pounder and put them 35+)
