Problem is people see fitness models and body builders and think that is an attainable goal.
When in reality most those people walk around day to day nothing like that. That's why you never see them working out shirtless unless its for a photo shoot.

exactly, true 6% bodyfat is not somehting that you should desire to be at for any length of time. Its something you diet down to for a special event. Then you slowly add weight back and continue to try and gain muscle.
Most people should shoot to obtaina and maintain a true 10-14% bodyfat with the measurement obtained with a Dexa scan.
Look at the image below, average person would be estatic with 15% and that is easily obtainable with right plan and diet but its gonna take lots of effort and discpline, something most lack, sadly.
