I'd like to see how many people on this board can do 6 pullups with 50 pounds hanging around their waist: LINK
none of those were real reps

Wasn't gonna call him out, but none of those were really pullups. Need to be much more controlled.
Nugget, try lowering the weight back down and getting the swinging out of the rep. Also your motion is loopy instead of straight up and down, you look like you are almost doing the pattern of a muscle up. I respect you for strapping on the weight as it takes balls to do that but you really need to slow down and get everything under control.
First off, switch to chins. They not only target the biceps better, they also involve more back muscles and are an overall better exercise than pullups.
Second lower the weight and cross your legs at an angle out front. keep them tight with the weight between them.
Third go all the way down and let the arms straighten out and pause for three or four seconds.
Fourth add a slight pause at the top, about a second.
backing off the weight and doing the above will add muscle quickly and will help your stabalizers along with your ligaments. Honestly right now from the motion path of those, your smaller stabalizers and ligaments are not even close to being ready for that kind of weight strapped to you.
Also for pulling movements its better to use a bunch of smaller plates then one big one.
