even legal immigrants on average use quite a bit more in public services than they pay in taxes. Illegal immigrants cost the country much more, upwards of $100 billion a year. It's moronic to say they are even a net gain, much less without them our economy collapses. So these farmers have to pay more for legal workers, like they should have been doing anyway, and the price of tomatoes goes up some. The cost of taking care of all these illegals and the money they dump out of our economy to Mexico will more than make up for it
