You should get solar screens, not tint. I have the screens on the windows that get evening sun and it makes a huge difference. With the screens you can take them off in the winter for the sun's heat.

You can order the screen material online and install it yourself. They may sell it at home improvement stores.

Yes and Yes. Also helps in reducing UV rays that can fade furniture over time. Well worth the bucks.
