The reversal rate is relevant in normal circumstances. This is not a normal circumstance. The reviewing court does not have a majority-conservative lean, this isn't a run-of-the-mill case where the judges won't consider political implications, and you need 5 judges to stay the stay.

So, why is it relevant again, and why do you seem to know the result already?

There is zero evidence in my first post that I have any opinion on what the SCOTUS will rule.
