at all of the legal experts on this board contorting themselves in order to make excuses why the 9th Circuit's reversal rate at the SCOTUS is not relevant.

The reversal rate is relevant in normal circumstances. This is not a normal circumstance. The reviewing court does not have a majority-conservative lean, this isn't a run-of-the-mill case where the judges won't consider political implications, and you need 5 judges to stay the stay.
So, why is it relevant again, and why do you seem to know the result already?
