It's like bringing in a thief to talk about a robbery, you bring in the most famous dirty cop in America to talk about dirty cops.

It was so much more than the n-word buddy and he specifically pled the 5th as to manufacturing evidence, which there was a strong likelihood some had occurred in this case.

You don't know what you are talking about.

He HAD to take the fifth on ALL questions once he took the fifth on the first question.

You can't pick and choose what questions to plead the fifth on.

If F. Lee Bailey had asked Fuhrman "Did you kill John F. Kennedy?" after Fuhrman pled the fifth, he would have had to say "I wish to assert my fifth amendment privilege.".

Bailey is the GOAT at cross examination and there's a reason why he snuck in the final question about manufacturing evidence - he knew Fuhrman had no choice but to take the fifth.

Blame Ito for not stopping Bailey after Fuhrman took the fifth on the first question, blame Fuhrman for not being a man and owning up to lying about the n-word questions so he could legally answer the evidence questions, blame Clark for not listening to Darden about putting Fuhrman on the stand.

There's a lot of blame to go around but Fuhrman taking the fifth on that question proves nothing.

I'd say the two NYC detectives that were hit men for the mob is a way bigger scandal, but that's just me.

Its not even the biggest LAPD scandal- The Ramparts division thing where the cops basically ran their own gang was way worse.

or you know Rodney King.

I'm sure this wasn't Fuhrman, honest upright man that he is but maybe some other LAPD officer that recorded 13 hours of confessions of planting evidence to frame black men because, well they were n!&&@$...?

That's the ironic and deeply stupid thing that enabled parts of OJ's defense - at least some people in Law Enforcement tried to frame a guy who was already guilty and in doing so allowed reasonable doubt to be created.

No - your problem is that your thinking sucks.

They could have asked him if he ever had a wet dream or had pissed in the woods and the answer would have been the same = "I wish to assert my 5th Amendment privilege."

It has been explained to you over and over. He asserted the 5th amendment relative to the n-word question. After that, any other question would get the same answer.

But you know all that - you are not that stupid, nor ignorant - you are just a muck-raking liar.

Those cops should have been given medals for not killing Rodney King. The 'beating' they gave him was purely defensive and completely justified.

The only option was to just let him go.

To some extent or another all of this is true.

It is also true that Fuhrman admitted to manufacturing evidence as an LAPD detective on those tapes.

It is also true that Fuhrman admitted to framing black men because they were, as he put it, n!&&@$.

It is also true that some evidence, the bloody sock for example, was questionable, at the very least.

Had MF not been a lying pos he wouldn't have "had" to plead the fifth and should/could have answered those three questions.

You are white knighting for someone who claimed a Law Enforcement Officer who perjured himself on the stand is "honest". No meme in the world is going to make you look like you have an ounce of credibility here.

They don't see a problem with a cop that drops N-bombs, lies on the stand, and frames black people.

Probably because they secretly like that sort of thing.

Umm...Furman got buried by perjuring himself on the stand of a high profile murder case.
In what world would you accept the testimony of someone who lied under oath? Are you people insane?

You are an interesting piece of work. You always see yourself on the high ground while launching personal attacks and literally defending a pos who lied under oath, pled out to perjury and literally admitted to framing innocent civilians because of their race.

I'm a long time conservative and Fox news consumer and proud member of a very BLUE family. Fuhrman gives good cops a bad name and he can gfh.

Again, his detective work was good, that's all I ever said. He never planted the evidence because oj did it, and admitted to his former agent that he did it years later.

And yet he "had to" plead the fifth about whether he manufacturered evidence and there was ample evidence tof suggest at least some evidence had been tampered with and/or manufactured....

This. Now you can argue he was tripped up intentionally by the "Dream Team" but that's just good lawyering.
