At 35, three years ago, I got down to 297, benching 375, could run a 5.0 flat 40.
Now my shoulders can't handle that much weight and I've my work cut out to get back under 300. Goal weight is 255.
After basic training at the Air Force academy, I was 6'4" 220 lbs and ripped. Best shape of my life.
