I think the Rant's catch phrase of 2016 that "Fournette lacks vision" is not accurate. There are several highlights of Fournette in the spread set taking a handoff and finding a cutback lane on the opposite side of the center. What you guys saw from Fournette this year was a player running on a bum ankle out of mostly the I formation. When running out of the I you better follow your fullback because that's where the play is designed to go and there are bad angles for the blockers on the backside of the play. Running out of the shotgun spread sets opens up more running lanes across the board.

the guy said many times Fournette much like AP benefits more from a fullback than without one.

I agree with this 100%. Vision might not be his top attribute but he has more than enough to be a force in the NFL. In 2015 he was incredible at finding the cutback lane and exploding through it.

He has the vision. What he needs to work on is patience. That will come though.
