At worst they're 7. It has nothing to do with any complex and everything to do with the insane amount of great ethnic food.

Meh.. For a city the size of Houston, it's expected to have a variety of ethnic foods.. There's a lot of traditional ethnic food restaurants in little shopping centers or Belaire Chinatown or up and down Westheimer. But come on, Houston, for a city it's size, lacks innovation and creativity. Houston plays it very safe. Despite it's size, New Orleans still beats Houston as a culinary destination.
