No, you claim
he did not steal anything, he needs to return what was borrowed in a reasonable period of time but this does not constitute theft.
Sounds like you are bitter that your mother favors him reading through your post, that does not make him a thief in this situation though.

You know what? For the most part I would agree with you,except that he hid the weapons, and pretended to be helpless. Had the Swat team come save him.
