Expose the activist Judges, isolate and attack/impeach, when the terror attacks hit. And stack the Judiciary to the extent that he can; dueling Judges...nullification.
This needs to be challenged and precedent set for the future anyway. No way an activist Judge should determine Emergency Security Policy.

Not saying it's the case here, but Trump has a point. Some butthurt judge with no benefit of intelligence can just open the floodgates in spite of the President, potentially compromising national security.
How is what this judge did not just as bad? At least Trump has intel.
