Morality is subjective, S; as would the definition of a "Right" be. Secular Globalists like Bernie Sanders would consider communal health care as a (moral) Right, to be guaranteed by the Collective Government. Folk who CHOOSE the Religious (God exist) Paradigm would believe that access to the best of healthcare would be a matter of personal responsibility and earned merit, and with a Religious-based mercy system allotted on criteria of adjudged merit. I.e., that an unrepentant murderer has no moral right to healthcare, because and especially if such access limits the relative degree of access by individuals who may be lacking in practical merit, but are repentant and committed, and whose needs ARE morally justified.
Systematic subsidization based on Egalitarian Principle is utter and suicidal insanity. "Behold, there is a way that seemeth right unto man, but the end thereof is destruction" (Good Book).
