Ding ding we have a Winner! When i told my friends what i pay for property taxes in Florida compared to what they pay in Louisiana they didnt believe me.

Doesn't Florida have no income tax though?

You're also not paying state income tax and have lower sales tax (by a decent bit depending on where you live). I'd make that trade in heartbeat.
