That the person in this thread who represents them has no ability to make it right or offer something to help resolve it is telling.

Why aren't you speaking with management and/or ownership to explain how this local business is being TRASHED by a community of outdoorsmen and other interested folks and getting their name drug through the mud?

Had a similar situation happen on the OT with a local business that I put on blast. Someone mentioned it to them and they went online, read my post and realized it was me.

Called me, told me the work would be free, apologized for the wait, gave me my money back, a bottle of wine and a gift certificate to a local steakhouse.

I went on TD and deleted every single post's content and followed up that the company had totally redeemed themselves to the best of their ability.

Business owners who are tone deaf to their image and how powerful local sites like this can be are destined to fail, regardless of their location.

Not that anyone cares, and as sort of a hijack, most of the African heads in there are from my father and I's safari in 1993.

I never delete posts, but will update them as needed. Situations happen. People can either fix them or not
