Spoke with corporate. They said bring the atv to the dealer. He asked why I had not already- I told him about the 100% negative feedback online (that I found after I bought the damn thing- yes I'm a dumbass). He said take pictures (already did) and we'll see what Blackstone shows.

Just for grins I think I would pull the plug out of the rear/front end and check the condition of the lube.
