See your point. The oil filter has obvious corrosion on it though. This thing had been stewing for a while. No way would corrosion set in in just 3 days. Deal with this on farm equipment every spring- only reason I caught it. Air box and Honda OEM air filter is pristine- not a speck of dust.
Maybe its coolant and a defective casting- even worse for the engine. Will be easy return at that point.

What has the dealer/corporate said so far. I feel like enough time has passed u should be hearing something

Got the oil analysis back. I'm still mad. Am thinking refund or replacement. Am I out of line? Dealer admitted the water in the oil is from driving it 200 feet every morning and evening from the fenced in night storage area. For the last 6 months. That's 10 cold starts a week for 26 weeks- 260 cold starts for a new ATV. They put 9 miles on it this way.
