SMS to Outlook?

For work we sometimes need to text people but would rather not have our personal cell phone numbers used. Anyone have suggestions on third party apps or plug ins to use to text SMS from a computer? Best case scenario would be to send and receive from outlook so the texts can be saved into our document management software.

Yeh but we won't know who the provider of this person's cell phone is.
Ideally, I'd like a plugin to outlook to text someone's cell. If they respond, it'd come back as an email through outlook. And it'd be a fake number/email address show up on the person's cell phone.

I use Pushbullet to text from a computer. I don't think you can sync it with Outlook though.

Check out twilio. Im not sure if you can connect it directly to outlook but you may be able to find some other app that will.
I use twilio for a service that I provide but it uses their api directly. Regardless, the service has been flawless.
