Thing is now Bama Dline is almost all going first or second round this year. We have lost that the last few years and kid's see that. Hopefully this year we can get this dline we have now and incoming dline men to start playing like a few years back. We have the talent now we have to play our asses off in the trenches. Not saying our dline is not talented but we need some first rounders again to show recruits that we are back.

Yeah, can't lie, they have been getting played by their sources. They initially thought Etienne was a lock to LSU too when he announced his commitment date.

Not hard to understand why...they string LSU along because they don't want to deal with the heat...they tell LSU coaches what they want to hear, our coaches pass that optimism down the stream, and then we're left wondering WTF while Bammer has been confident for months.

This accounts for a lot of it IMO. I think they also like the LSU staff and don't want to have to tell them the bad news that they were seduced by the midget.
