Looking back, it's hilarious to think we were told when we could and could not use the toilet.

I can see why the policy is there. Kids these days, especially in the inner city, have no regard for anyone or anything. Let them have the privilege of going to the bathroom during class and the class would be empty because they're all in the bathrooms fighting and fricking.

this ... wouldn't be such a problem if there were longer breaks between classes ... 5 minutes to get to the other side of the campus/building leaves little time to take care of a basic need ... part of this is the need for "complete instruction time" in order to meet testing demands ...
