Majority of those guys look sloppy as frick.
People need to learn how to wear certain clothes or just wear something else if they don't know how to properly wear/fit them.

Exactly, this is sadly something I didn't really "get" until I was in my mid-20s.
Oh you're wearing proper length shorts? Great! But if they stick out as wide as they are long you look like a clown.
Nice polo shirt. Good start! But if it's 2 sizes too big and the sleeves hang down halfway down your forearm, you look idiotic.
