He was wrong in this case, but given the data on almost every other city, it's not an unreasonable assumption to make.

Technically, it decreased 1% from 2015 to 2016, but went up 13% from 2014 to 2015. So, yeah he was wrong on the "increasing" in the truest sense, but hey 277 still died and 280 the year before. No small numbers.

maybe so, but he needs to understand as president you cant do that before you speak, your words have consequences
