Who knows really. I mean look at Atlanta. They were 8-8 last year. Can't remember my feeling after the 2008 season, but I remember going to the first day of Training Camp in 2009 and Brees shredded the newly hired Gregg Williams defense. I went home thinking, "welp... more of the same." Went back the next day and Brees was awful lol. If we have a solid draft, sign some quality FAs, and hit a few homers with these position hires, the hype around the team going into 17 will be high.
