it feels a lot different when the school 75 miles east of your home doesn't offer until a few hours before their highly coveted horse commits to FSU.

While you can count me among those who think we should have offered TE earlier, he needs to grow the frick up. This is how recruiting works. The only school that didn't make him a backup plan was A&M, and it looks like he ditched them.

He may not like reality, but that doesn't mke it any less real.

Kind of my thoughts as well. Unless there's some maturing what will his response be if he feels some other back at Clemson got carries he should have gotten?

I want every kid from LA who is capable of playing at this level in P&G. Going forward, that's our bread and butter. An offer from LSU is nothing to trifle with.

So it is disappointing to not see the top WR, top DB, , top 2 LB's, 2nd best DL, and Travis committed to us. I guess other than Allen and Moses they're all still in play.

Well LSU should have offered him (TE), CEH,and CA. This would have naturally worked itself out, now these kids will understand we have 2 spots for 3 kids get on board secure your spot. TE was the best RB in the state so he should have been offered earlier. Recruiting works multiple ways LSU has to learn to adjust instead of pouring it all out for Akers. This board will never get it cast a wider net make recruits compete for a position, and want to be apart of that years class.
