That's a tough question.

Obviously in a perfect world, no... nothing is free. The money comes from somewhere, and in public schools, that's the tax base. We shouldn't have to pay for the consequences of illegal activity by non-citizens. When they register, the family should be checked, and deported if necessary. Oh, and they can take their kids with them, so it isn't separating families... I wouldn't leave my kid in another country if I had to leave.

If they're not leaving, then you have to do something with them. They need to integrate into society.... for the safety of the community.
