Your post intimates fair markets, and fair international agreements. I assumes the sole differentiator to be manufacturing cost. That is not reality. Foreign tax and regulatory barriers weigh heavily.

So the implication is that trade taxes and regulations decrease the fairness of the market? Fair enough, and I support decreasing regulations HERE. But how does increasing taxes on the market make it fairer? It seems the governments are the true beneficiary of these things, and the citizens, for the most part, are those who don't get a fair deal.
