re: I'm all for more U.S. jobs, but things will cost more.

I did my fair share of economics classes but my brain is burnt out on these end of the month sales. How would we ever go back to the dollar being worth more? When things more much cheaper like back in the 50's and 60's. I understand people were paid less, but they were made in the USA and didn't cost as much. Is this possible to achieve again?
