re: Man turns camera ticket into constitutional trial of the century

I'm fighting a ticket issued for parking. There was no sign and it was missing. I provided pictures and video. They keep sending me delinquent letters and when I call they say "don't mind the letters, your ticket is still under review" I'm uoset because it's been six months now. How long does it take to review a ticket. I just wanted to fight it to see if it was possible when the ticket was unjust.

(parking in an area designated no parking during certain events, yet there was no signage)
