Not saying many on here aren't in the top 5% but its not easy to make 165k no matter what anybody says.
and before anybody says I am jeleous, not quite. But its stupid to assume that its easy to make 165k and anybody with a degree can do it.
If you're a hard worker in sales, 165k is not a ridiculous number at all, depending on what you're selling.
But to the issue at hand, I think it's already been said, but the biggest issue here is double-dipping on the benefits.
It is very unethical to use Company A's car/phone/etc. to sell Company B's product, without their knowledge. On the flip side, it is also very unethical to pocket allowances from your employer which are meant to pay for something that you are being provided with by another company (again, without their knowledge). You can spin it however you want, but it's essentially theft.

No offense but many of you sales people are completely clueless on income levels of normal people.
