He is down to Auburn, Florida and Miami.

Just looking at his timeline this was after Miami coaches had visited him in home and after his visit to Miami.
Herbert had been wavering on his commitment for some time, but finally made the decision on Sunday.
“Things just went south,” Herbert told Land of 10. “There were some other factors … it just wasn’t good.”
One of Herbert’s main recruiters was Jedd Fisch, the quarterbacks coach who earlier this month left Ann Arbor to become offensive coordinator at UCLA. He told Land of 10 that was among the reasons that stood out and led to his decision.
