Your eating pattern is called intermittent fasting and it's not bad like you said, it's actually really good for you.
As far as eating healthy and not having time, bullshite. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and suck it up. I have 3 boys all under 6, a wife who works full time and literally can't even cook mac and cheese yet I still find time to eat health and exercise daily. And yes I work, usually 50 hours a week.
You are going to have to meal prep for lunch, easy to do just get some non processed meats preferably grass fed or free range, about a 1/2 lbs per day for lunch.
For dinners have everything ready to go. Easy way to do this is crockpot meals, another easy way is have a gas grill and throw on your meat and veggies as soon as you get home.
But honestly with the attitude you showed in the first and follow up post you are not going to do it anyways.
I'll be more than happy to help anyway I can but I don't help people that whine about something being hard or feeling sorry for themselves. i would suggest you go and the food and drink board and read the putthaforkdown thread and as stated above read my intermittent fasting thread on here.
