Name some other 165lb receivers that become great in the SEC, the list is very few and far between.
ya'll had one last year, Calvin Ridley, who wasn't any bigger coming out of high school. Didn't he make all SEC? Any way he is a dam good receiver despite his thin stature.
But yes McMath, is a great get by LSU and very underrated but would be nice to get Smith also

The main difference between Smith and McMath is Smith is very polished. He runs excellent routes, makes excellent cuts, camouflages his cuts well, and is able to get open. He's also an excellent blocker on the ends. McMath, on the other hand, is very raw. He doesn't know how to run routes, he doesn't know how to make cuts, he doesn't know how to camouflage his cuts so he can get open, and he doesn't know how to block on the ends. However, if he red shirts for one year, he should be just as good as Smith, as LSU will drill him on all of that stuff everyday, and when he does, we got ourselves a real big 6'3" 215 lb wide receiver that could become a star. I think he has a higher ceiling than Smith.
Oh, by the way, both Smith and McMath run a 4.45 40.
