I think it's deceiving, because the men who are staying here are losing by simply being out coached. The talent on the basketball court, much like that on the football field the last several years, has been let down by their coaches. You can see that just by looking at the lack of discipline by the players. Recruit all-world talent. Fine. But there are 25 other schools for football and 125 other schools for basketball in the country doing that. The difference is the coaches.You have to have the right staff in place, or else you'll be 15th in the country every year in football, and 15th in your conference every year in basketball
It has to change, and if Alleva doesn't change, than the powers that be will. BUT FIRST, someone has to get tired of being mediocre and start giving a shite about creating a winning culture in order for it to be where the fanatics would like it to be. Money will have to be spent.
