Racism = When a white person speaks to a black person about anything, ever.
Although there are some cases when white people are allowed to speak to black people but must do so on both knees, proclaiming white privilege, and begging for forgiveness.

You are forgetting about implied racism.
I teach my kids to evaluate every person based on who they are and not some arbitrary label. The problem using that logic is that the perpetual victim and those who teach kids to act this way annoy the crap out of me, and I don't like them. They assume it is because of the color of their skin, when that has nothing to do with it.
