Yeah, just up the road from where we live. Really, really sad. 48 years old, with four kids, one just a few months old.

Officer was a father of 4. Suspect now alone in the house after they removed an elderly relative through a window. Just burn that fricker to the ground.

I don't live far from where it's going down. Lots of people still can't get home. Just go in and kill that son of a bitch. Dallas swat is already on scene.

I can't imagine losing my husband with babies that small. Any word on what this guy's deal is?

Apparently there was a warrant issued. Guy went crazy. Little known at this time.

Yeah. I was going to say the same thing. Only reason they haven't gone in is because it's in such a close neighborhood. The houses are pretty close to each other.

Was it his home? Horrible that this man had to kill someone to die by cop.

Frisco residents would die if they knew you compared Frisco to Little Elm. Little Elm has a few beautiful lake houses but overall it's Frisco's trashy little brother. Definitely not the same soccer mom types.

wasn't comparing the quality of the two cities, just that they both Sim Citied into existence a few years apart

Suspect identified

quote:

Jerry Garcia confirmed to News 8 Wednesday afternoon that it was his 46-year-old brother, Rudy Garcia, that was the shooter. "I was watching the news last night and when they said Little Elm, and then the street, I started paying attention," said Jerry. He says his brother lived in the house on the corner of Turtle Cove and Waterview Drives with their mother and grandmother. The older lady was actually pulled to safety through a window.
