Pasta dishes, egg dishes, seafood, soups, beans.
a nice egg dish/frittata with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, a good salad and a good bottle of sparkling wine is a nice light meal when it's hot. Like fricking today the 17th of January.
We do a lot of different chicken, whole roasted, pounded breast just sautéed with a bit of lemon, etc...
Kids want a roast beef with rice and gravy once every two weeks.
Wife loves the little thin pork chops that our mothers cooked to death because of trichinosis with baked apples and butterbeans. I cook the frenched pork loins which are cheap but good.
