Talking about it this early scares me 
But yes I think that a SB would get excitement raised about having a winner. What needs to happen is to have some of those who moved in from out of state to start supporting our teams. Winning seems to do that (see Seattle).
Next year tickets to Falcons games will be hard to get with higher expectations and also a brand new stadium.

The problem for Atlanta is the out of staters are coming from areas that already have teams.
