I don't think he is wrong. In this situation The woman should know that part of the unspoken agreement between those living packed close together is to make an effort to not disturb others.
That is if the video is his and the story is true. The video was posted by a guy in Kentucky.

He was a reddit mod for multiple subreddits, and has had many attempted doxxings, so he probably knows how to hide himself

The next morning i walked by where they were unloading. They live in the building next door.
