Dumb episode for some reason.

Look at this stupid arse chick drinking nasty arse water from the stairs. Yikes.
This seems like a tough elimination but it's basically pacing yourself and climbing stairs.
I checked out Kailah's suicide girl pics. Man that chick is sexy as frick. Stupid ugly tats though, but still.
Sylvia, you just barely beat the worst chick in the house. Nobody thinks you're a competitor.
Nelson runs into the girls when TJ tells him he won. Hahaa.
I know it's true every season, but this house is badass.
Jenna and Kailah in those bathing suits. Yikes.

Just a straight up cardio challenge. Was saying to the wife that the best strategy would probably be to jog one set, then walk one set, until the top, to safe energy for a quick pace down. They were all struggling to go fast down the stairs because of the rain and they wiped themselves out getting up.
