2 things:

1. I think it would have overshadowed everything else in Obama's presidency if he (or his surrogates) went to the trouble to fake the document in light of how quickly internet sleuths tore dan rather a new a-hole with his fake 'national guard' bush documents. So its HIGHLY unlikely he would have done this with the fear of how it could have blown up in his face.

2. Having said #1, because it took years for this to finally be produced and given how arrogant obama is, i can also see him rolling the dice and doing it anyway.


I lean towards #1 because obama couldn't POSSIBLY know what types of other documents and people might exist that could conclusively prove a fake.
