If you get the Costco Visa, you pay an annual fee of 55 bucks, get 2% back on Costco store purchases, 4% back on gas purchases, and 1% back on all other purchases. The Visa includes a Costco membership, as well.

My understanding is that the card gives 2% and executive gets another 2%, so executive members with the card are getting 4%.
