Oregon has a lot of places you can go and just drive and look at the scenery. Beautiful beaches to walk on, but no need for a swimsuit. Mountains, too. Deserts and canyons, too.

If you like beer, taproom are a great place to hang out by yourself - they usually aren't loud and are a great place to strike up a conversation.

For a solo trip, Washington D.C. is a good trip if you are into history. All of the historical monuments and museums are free for the most part. They are time consuming and people visit them at their own pace, so it would be a great solo trip to just take it all in.
