Absolutely pathetic. I dabbled a bit in sports writing about a year ago but found the pay (almost nothing) and the stress of having to write 2-3 stories a day, to be beyond hectic and not worth it.

I was in a private group with Barry and only knew him from there but he was always so quick to toot his own horn, talk about his accomplishments, and just slam the professional journalists.

Dude had serious delusions of grandeur and he messed up bad. His career, for whatever it was, is over.
