One thing I found on another forum and it sounds crazy is to pour flour on the outside window ledge. Apparently they eat the flour and die outside. I tried it and it worked pretty good

Id try that but unfortunately they are typically by the bathroom window thats upstairs and has no ledge. To be honest I have no idea where they are coming in at. Thats just where we always see them (besides behind our bathroom mirror).
